COHO Village, the upcoming stacked townhouse development in Cambridge, Ontario, was featured on January 29, 2015 as the Home of the Week in the realty section of the Waterloo Region Record. LCL Builds is performing as the builder for the first phase of this new residential community. Designed by TAES Architects, COHO Village will be constructed in three phases and will contain a total of 182 suites upon completion, covering a total gross floor area of 190,502 square feet.
The construction of COHO Village Phase I will result in 40 residential units within a gross floor area of 43,487 square feet. All suites will come with high-end features and finishes as the standard – most of which are usually only obtained by Homeowners through costly upgrade programs. These include stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, engineered laminate wood flooring, and central air conditioning and heating. The residences will be available in various sizes able to accommodate all kinds of purchasers, from single professionals to families.
Situated conveniently at 350 Fisher Mills in Cambridge, COHO Village is close to shopping and recreational amenities, with easy access to Highways 401 and 24. Plans for individual units, which have not been released yet, will be available for the public to view at the Grand Opening of the COHO Village Sales Centre on the weekend of February 7 and 8, 2015.
Construction of COHO Village Phase I will begin in April 2015 with an expected completion date in spring 2015.
